Flight was on time on way out return flight was delayed but only by sn hour or so comfy flight no hiccups would use again

The flight was great but the customer service at check in poor as very unclear about bag size rude lady at Malaga airport your staff

Many issues: - we were 7 and did not choose the additional charge for the seats. Wizzair thrown us to many split seats, children separated from their parents and even 6-year old child was about to enter the plane via different door than the parents! It was the same on the return flight. Even worse, we were mixed with another family, so the seat assignment could not be just a result of the remaining seats. We do consider the assignment be a punishment for that we did not pay for the seats. - the plane did not have enough rows and the passangers were asked to voluntarily stay on ground - the departure was more then 1-hour delayed - we paid in advance for carry-on luggages but they refused to take them without paying another 69.5 GBP for each with an explanation that there was a tiny text "check-in" on the boarding pass what we did not understand as an instruction to drop off the luggage at the check-in stand

No compensation

My luggage was lost for 4 days. Even having insurance the company would not give me any compensation.

΄Ολα καλά, στο αεροδρόμιο ελλειπής εκπροσώπηση στο τσεκ-ιν, χρειάζεται περισσότερο. Επίσης η επιβίβαση κατά προτεραιότητα δεν τηρείται κατά τους ελέγχους, δεν υπάρχει ταχεία γραμμή

Confusing information regarding carry on bag, which resulted paying £104 for two bags literally before we boarded our flight.

Nu am avut bagaj de cala și cu același bagaj și aceleași lucruri personale ( pijamale,, 3camasi și o pereche de blugi , 3 perechi de chiloti și medicamente și un pulovăr am călătorit dus întors, la Bacau bagajul a fost ok dar la Luton cu un exces de zel personalul wizz ma pus sa platesc 55 lire și deoarece nu aveau sa-mi dea rest la cash 60 lire și mi -au vorbit urat , ma trimiteau sa schim banii , am rămas la mila călătorilor sa îmi schimbe banii , sa achit 55 lire dar am hotărât at eu cât și familia mea sa NU MAI CALATORIM NICIODATA CU WIZZ SI CU ACEASTA OCAZIE VA SPUNEM MARS SAU RAUS !!!
